What inspired you to become an esthetician?
I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel comfortable in their own skin, but waxing is where I truly found my purpose. The results are immediate, it’s a real transformation and an instant confidence boost. I love being able to take someone from feeling unsure to genuinely confident in just one appointment, and that’s what makes it so rewarding for me.
Why did you decide to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because I wanted full control over my environment, the experience I create for my clients, and my earning potential. I had a clear vision of what I wanted to offer and how I wanted people to feel, and I knew I could bring that to life more fully on my own. It felt like the natural next step to create something more intentional, impactful, and aligned with my values.
What is your favorite service to perform and why?
Brazilian waxing is my favorite service to perform! Clients often come in feeling extremely nervous and leave just 15 minutes later with a noticeable boost in confidence. I love the level of trust it requires and the instant transformation. You can truly see and feel the difference right away.

Tell us about the biggest challenge you've faced while running your own business. How do you cope?
One of my biggest challenges has been managing a team while maintaining consistency across every aspect of the business. I’ve learned that setting clear expectations and building strong, reliable systems are essential to making that happen. I stay hands-on in my approach, lead by example, and prioritize open communication. Through this, I’ve been able to grow into a more confident, adaptable, and effective leader while ensuring the experience remains consistent for every client.
What business goals have you set for yourself this year, and how do you plan to achieve them?
My goals this year are to continue increasing revenue, expand into wellness services, and grow our retail sales. I plan to achieve this through consistent and strategic marketing, strengthening our internal systems, and continually elevating the overall client experience. By focusing on both growth and quality, I want to build a business that not only scales but also delivers exceptional value at every touchpoint.
What is one business tool you can't live without?

My personal favorite, has been the Pink Wax launch. As a wax specialist, I love that it’s not just aesthetically appealing—it truly performs. My clients are naturally drawn to it, and it really elevates the overall experience in the treatment room.
