What is the minimum order spend?
We have a minimum order value set in place because we provide our wholesalers with an extremely fair margin of 50% on our products. Our wholesale program is set up in a way so it can be mutually beneficial for us and our professionals. The minimum ensures that the order size will be large enough in value for us to make a reasonable profit as well.

Retailing Bushbalm
What price should I retail the products at?
When placing your order, you agree to terms and conditions that state you will follow our MSRP pricing. This means you must retail the products no less than what we have listed on our website. If you would like to retail them at a higher value, you are more than welcome to do so.
Can I bundle products and sell them at a discounted rate?
Yes, you can bundle the products and sell them at a discounted rate. We also do this on our website for our regular customers.
Where can I get marketing material?
On our wholesale website, you will see Assets listed at the top. You can access product knowledge, social assets and photography there. These assets are here for you to use on anything you need like social, email marketing or for your staff.
I carry your products. How do I get listed on your Stockist Map?
We would love to get you on the map. Please insert your information by following this link: https://bushbalm.com/apps/store-locator . We update the list biweekly so if you don’t see your location loaded right away, don’t panic.
Do your special offers ever change?
Yes, they do! Some bundles are here to stay for a long time but depending on the season or product launches, our special offers get updated.

Where do you ship from?
We have a Canadian warehouse and a US warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Our team is working very hard to offer international shipping to our customers and we believe this is something Bushbalm will be able to offer sometime in 2023. In the meantime, please follow this link to sign up for the international shipping waitlist.
What is your shipping timeline/turnaround time?
Once you place your Bushbalm order it takes 2-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled at our warehouse. From there, your order will be shipped out and it will typically take 5-7 business days for your order to arrive at your designated shipping destination. This timeline is not guaranteed as some packages arrive earlier or later depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders of $500.00 or more. Orders under $500.00 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $15.00.
Product
Can your products be used anywhere on the body?
Yes, our products are safe and designed to be used anywhere on the body. Just be sure to only use the product externally.
Are your products pregnancy and breastfeeding safe?
We don’t have scientific research to say our products shouldn’t be used, as that’s very expensive and we’re not quite there yet. There are only a small fraction of the essential oils in the formulas. The products are for external use only of course. Sorry for the vague answer, but the short is that we don’t have the science to prove it, but generally you should be fine, especially using the products externally.
Are your before and after photos real?
Yes, all of our before and after photos are real and sent in by our customers who love the product.
Difference between Nude and Sweet Escape
Nude and Sweet Escape are similar but have certain differences that we'd would like to highlight. Both are great for treating and preventing ingrown hairs, redness, bumps, and irritation. Nude has a higher concentration of tea tree oil so it's the most effective for applying to the skin post hair removal. It also has the least amount of ingredients therefore it's best for those with sensitive skin. Sweet Escape is the scented version of Nude which smells like a creamsicle. The added vitamin C makes Sweet Escape a little more hydrating than Nude, therefore it's great for those who need the extra moisturizing.
Difference between Bermuda and Pina Colada
Both Bermuda and Pina Colada are great for improving the appearance of hyperpigmentation, dark spots, ingrown hairs and irritation. The main difference between the two is the scent. Bermuda has a soft refreshing scent that will make you feel like you are in paradise. Pina Colada is our signature fresh tropical scent with playful notes of pineapple and coconut.
