Refund policy

Return Policy: Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original order date. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes the packaging as well. Photo justification will be requested by our customer service team.

Our customer service team will provide you with a return slip once your return details have been confirmed. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment. However, the original shipping costs, plus a $15 return processing fee are the responsibility of the customer and will be withheld from the refund total.

Exchange Policy: We understand that sometimes you can have a change of heart after placing an order or a product may not be what you expected. In this case, we are happy to initiate an exchange for you so you can have a product you feel confident in selling. Our products can be exchanged within 45 days of the original order date.

Please note: we have a Money-Back Guarantee program that guarantees we will buy back your first order if you do not sell through all the inventory after one year of purchasing.
