What is Club Bare?
Club Bare is our way of showing our appreciation to our estie besties!
This is a loyalty program where you'll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. All members can use these points to redeem products + discounts, and have exclusive access to launches, birthday gifts, and more!
Depending on which tier you're in, you'll be able to unlock exclusive deals + discounts. So the more you spend, the more you'll save!
Who can join Club Bare?
Anyone with a Bushbalm Pros account is automatically enrolled.
How do I earn points?
At Club Bare you can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points check out the "Ways to Earn" section.
How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance will be visible when you log into your account under ‘Club Bare details’ or in the Club Bare Program under the program details drop-down.
How do I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed on the Club Bare Rewards page once you're signed in. Scroll to the "Rewards" section on this page, where you'll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. You can also redeem points for purchase at checkout! You will be able to redeem a dollar value based on the points that you have earned!
Is there a limit to the number of points
I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
What do the 'approved', 'pending'
and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
What happens if a friend I refer cancels
or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't
earn points!
It can take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If you don’t see the points after 24 hours, please contact our Pro Support team at wholesale@mybushbalm.com
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us at team@mybushbalm.com and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide
to join again?
Contact us at wholesale@mybushbalm.com and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Your Club Bare points will expire 12 months after your last purchase. To keep your points active, simply purchase within that one-year window.
For example, if you earned 400 points from a purchase on March 15th, 2025, received 350 birthday points, and earned 1000 points for referring a friend, but did not make another purchase, your total of 1,750 points would expire on March 16th, 2026.
To avoid losing your points, be sure to shop within 12 months of your last transaction. Your point balance and expiration date can be viewed in your Club Bare account at any time.
